What you bring
Cumulative service period of six (6) years' relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Human Resource Management Officer I or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or another relevant qualification from a recognised institution; OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant social-science or business discipline together with an appropriate qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution, where applicable.
Membership of the relevant human-resource professional body where applicable.
Relevant professional certification where required.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
