Cumulative service period of six (6) years' relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should have been in the grade of Human Resource Management Assistant II or in a comparable position.
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Relevant professional membership where applicable.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
