Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Biomedical Sciences, Medical Science, Social Sciences or any other relevant field from a recognized institution. (Mandatory)
Master's Degree in any of the following: Biomedical Sciences; Medical Sciences; Social Sciences and any other relevant field from a recognized institution. (Mandatory)
At least eight (8) years relevant working experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, grants management, business development, partnerships or a related field. (Mandatory)
Demonstrated experience in developing successful funding proposals and/or mobilizing resources from local, international and industry funding partners. (Mandatory)
Proficiency in computer applications and relevant digital tools. (Mandatory)
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and partnership development skills; good knowledge of donor funding processes and requirements.
Strategic thinking and ability to identify and pursue funding opportunities.
Good organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
