- Minimum 8 years of experience managing or coordinating software development and implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a bridge between business and technology teams.
- Experience leading requirements gathering and solution delivery initiatives.
- Experience managing software development projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Experience coordinating UAT, training, implementation, and change management activities.
