Degree/Diploma in Theology, Biblical Studies, Divinity, or Pastoral Ministry from an accredited Christian institution.
Additional training or certification in Guidance and Counseling or Youth Ministry is highly desirable.
Ordination or credentials with a recognized Pentecostal church/denomination in Kenya (e.g., PAG, CITAM, PEFA, KAG, Deliverance Church, etc.) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years of active pastoral experience, with a proven track record in Youth Ministry, High School Chaplaincy, or School Chaplaincy.
Demonstrated experience working within a boarding school setup and familiarity with the Kenyan Ministry of Education framework.
Spiritual Maturity: Demonstrated Christian character, personal integrity, and commitment to Pentecostal doctrines and the movement of the Holy Spirit.
Youth Connection: Exceptional ability to relate to, mentor, and inspire teenagers in a relevant yet biblically grounded manner.
