Education
Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Management, Community Health, or a related field.
A Bachelor's degree or training in monitoring and evaluation or data management is an added advantage.
Required Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in data entry, data management, or records management, preferably in a health or development programme.
Experience working with health facility data, registers, and health information systems is an added advantage.
Experience supporting outbreak response, emergency, or community health programmes is desirable.
Demonstrated experience in accurate, high-volume data entry and basic data compilation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry applications.
Familiarity with electronic data collection tools (e.g. ODK, KoboCollect) and health information systems such as DHIS2.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and speed in data entry.
Good understanding of data confidentiality, integrity, and protection principles.
Good organisational, record-keeping, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
