High School Certificate (KCSE) required; a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is an added advantage.
Basic training or knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, or online content creation is highly desirable.
0–2 years of experience in social media management, retail sales, digital marketing, or customer service is preferred.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
Ability to create engaging social media content including photos, videos, captions, and promotional posts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both online audiences and walk-in customers.
Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to promote products and convert inquiries into sales.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks including social media activities and in-store responsibilities.
High level of creativity, professionalism, integrity, and accountability in representing the company's brand.
