Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, HSE, environmental management, or corporate governance.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Experience implementing sustainability programmes and preparing ESG reports.
Proven stakeholder engagement and project management experience.
