Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field such as Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Diploma in ACII or AIIK will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably within the insurance industry, sales, business development, or relationship management.
