A Bachelor's degree in Finance, or CPA(K), or any other relevant degree from a recognised institution.
Membership of a professional body in good standing.
At least 7 years' experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory position (experience in the water sector will be an added advantage).
A Master's degree in a business-related field will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in ICT, with strong MS Office and internet use.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.
