Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through implementation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-border teams.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or sprint-based delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification is an added advantage.
Experience delivering projects involving Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Transformation, or Software Development is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting project deadlines.
