Diploma in Entrepreneurship, Community Development, Business Administration, Vocational Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years' experience supporting livelihoods, vocational training, enterprise development or job-placement programmes.
Experience working with refugees, women, youth or vulnerable populations preferred.
MSME, informal-business or urban-livelihood experience is an added advantage.
Experience coordinating apprenticeships or internships preferred.
Fluency in English and Swahili; additional refugee-community languages are an advantage.
