Certificate in paralegal training and substantial experience in community engagement in livelihood and refugee protection.
At least 2–3 years of experience in community engagement, livelihoods, employment support, refugee programming, youth programming, disability inclusion or related areas.
Experience working directly with refugees, young women, persons with disabilities or marginalized populations.
Experience conducting community outreach, participant mobilization, referrals and follow-up.
Experience working with RLOs, CBOs, OPDs, NGOs, employers or government institutions is an advantage.
