Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Education, Community Development, or a closely related field.
Entry-level, recent graduates (within 24 months of completing their degree) are strongly preferred.
Volunteer experience, academic projects focused on community work or environmental sustainability, and hands-on program support experience are a significant plus.
Experience working with grassroots organizations or waste management initiatives is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, partner organizations, and KEPRO staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Experience planning and coordinating events, training sessions, and community activities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate partner and program records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Passion for environmental sustainability, circular economy principles, and community development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
