A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of four (4) years' work experience in pension administration.
Proficiency in ICT applications.
Professional training in pensions or retirement benefits administration, including the Trustee Development Programme Kenya (TDPK), will be an added advantage.
Accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused and responsive.
Proactive, organised and self-motivated.
