Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, or other related fields.
At least three (3) years hands-on experience in a senior management position in the microfinance sector, including managing field offices and leading field teams.
Worked in an environment that delivers secured facilities through logbook lending, with a good appreciation of micro and impact based solutions.
Outstanding leadership abilities that are performance based.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated analytical thinking and business insight.
Strong MS Suite and Google Sheets skills, and records, tracker management and data analytics skills.
High ethical standards, with unquestionable integrity and confidentiality.
