Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in office administration, corporate administration, governance support, pension administration, compliance, or a related function, preferably within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations, retirement benefits schemes, and regulatory requirements in Kenya, with knowledge of pension or retirement benefits administration being an added advantage.
CIFA Part I, CPA Part I, or CISI – Regulations and Market Practice (Kenya) will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, records management, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and meet regulatory and compliance deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional ability to engage effectively with clients, regulators, management, service providers, and other stakeholders.
