University degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Production, Digital Design, Motion Graphics, Creative Technologies, Visual Communication or a related field involving practical design training, OR equivalent relevant professional experience.
Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in print and digital design and layout.
Portfolio demonstrating design work for different clients.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign.
Experience with photo and video editing software is desirable, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro.
Proven experience using Canva to create and maintain branded materials.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience applying and safeguarding brand guidelines across different products.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several design requests and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience organising, tagging, retrieving and managing visual assets or digital media libraries.
Experience developing audiovisual content and editing short-form video is desirable.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Must be legally authorised to work in Kenya.
