Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, International Relations, Social Sciences, or other approved equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Clear understanding of the operations of the media and the socio-political environment in Kenya.
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Advanced computer application skills.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
