The Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating visual media production, and supporting online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified property leads.
What you will do
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
Plan and manage the content calendar across all digital platforms.
Create engaging content, including captions, property descriptions, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate property photography, videography, and visual content production.
Write compelling marketing copy for luxury property listings and promotional materials.
Support and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
Manage the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or digital marketing.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong creativity with an eye for branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, CapCut, and content scheduling tools.
