Hands on experience standing up or substantially rebuilding a system in ClickUp, Asana, or Monday, including spaces, custom fields, templates, statuses, intake, automations, and dashboards. We will ask you to walk us through one you personally designed.
Highly AI enabled, and comfortable building rather than just prompting. You've used Claude, Claude Code, or a comparable agentic tool to actually make something, whether that's a page, a dashboard, an automation, or an internal tool. Tell us what it was and what it replaced. This is non negotiable and we test it.
Proactive problem solver who anticipates gaps rather than reacting to them.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. This role is partly client facing, so English fluency is required.
Comfortable negotiating. A meaningful part of this role is talking to creators about rates, timelines, and deliverables.
Comfortable juggling many concurrent projects and context switching across accounts.
Detail obsessed, with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
Requirements
2+ years in project management, creative operations, account management, or agency operations, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across many projects at once.
Hands on experience building and managing a project management system in ClickUp or a comparable tool. This is a hard requirement.
Demonstrated AI building, not just AI usage. This is a hard requirement.
Working hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours.
Bonus
Experience with paid media or DTC ecommerce.
Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers.
Familiarity with Shopify, Figma, or front end tooling.
