You know how to build and run a project management process, not just work inside one. Hands-on experience with ClickUp, or a comparable tool like Asana or Monday, is required.
Comfortable juggling many concurrent projects and context-switching across clients.
Detail-obsessed, with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in project management, account management, or operations, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience building and managing a project management system in ClickUp or a comparable tool. This is a hard requirement.
Working hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours.
Bonus: experience with paid media or DTC ecommerce.
Bonus: experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers.
