Cumulative service period of six (6) years' relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the position of Library Assistant II or in a comparable position.
Diploma in Library Studies or Information Science, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
