Earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited university; OR, in special cases, a Master's degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited university.
Have a minimum of twelve (12) publication points.
Have at least eight (8) publication points from refereed journal papers.
Hold a valid licence from the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
Be registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya.
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
