Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognised institution.
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution.
Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, Kenya.
Valid Annual Practising License.
Master's Degree in Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
Certification in Good Clinical Practice, Oncology Pharmacy, Aseptic Compounding, Research Administration, or Nutrition is an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years' pharmacy practice experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmacy leadership or management.
Demonstrated experience in oncology pharmacy, clinical trials, procurement and inventory management, regulatory compliance, team leadership, healthcare facility development, and research.
Strong strategic planning, team development, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
