A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognised institution.
A minimum of four (4) years' experience in ICT support, systems administration, or a related role.
Possession of any two relevant ICT certifications will be considered an added advantage: CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL, Google IT Support, Project Management, UI/UX Design, any cloud certification, or AI and Machine Learning.
Experience in website management, social media support and user support services will be an added advantage.
