At least three years of experience as a Human Resource Officer, CSG 9, or in an equivalent position in the public service or private sector, preferably within a comparable institution or the wider public service.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Active membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management and good professional standing.
Senior Management Course lasting at least three weeks from a recognised institution.
Certificate in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit, integrity and ability, as reflected in work performance and results.
Proven knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and integrated computer systems.
