Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree and CHRP certification will be an added advantage.
Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management and in good standing.
Working knowledge of the Kenya Labour Laws
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong report-writing, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive matters
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to professional integrity, diversity, teamwork and continuous improvement.
