Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 7 years of relevant hotel sales and marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a formal leadership role such as Head of Sales or Director of Sales.
Proven track record of achieving hotel sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth through a team.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, sales forecasting, corporate account acquisition and performance management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of hotel revenue drivers, corporate sales, MICE and digital marketing.
