What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Commerce, or another related commercial field; alternatively, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Demonstrated understanding of construction project sales, tendering, pricing, negotiations and customer relationship management.
Good knowledge of the Kenyan construction market and its key industry stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and business development management experience.
Experience preferably within architectural aluminium systems, facade solutions, metal fabrication, building materials or the construction industry.
Proven experience managing sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets.
Proven track record of developing new business.
