Interest or experience in education, environmental education, conservation, ecology, agriculture, gardening, outdoor learning, sustainability, or a related field
Experience working with children is preferred
Practical gardening or outdoor project experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of local plants, animals, or ecosystems is an advantage
Strong awareness of child safety, particularly in outdoor and forest-based learning environments
Ability to support behaviour management in a kind and consistent manner
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Practical, organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Strong alignment with Woodland Star's mission and values
Current police clearance/background check
Certified copies of academic and/or professional documents, where applicable
At least two professional references
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
