What you bring
Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Statistics, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Management, or another relevant Social Science discipline.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Programming, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, or Quality Assurance.
Demonstrated experience in data collection, data analysis, and data synthesis.
Demonstrated experience in preparing strategic information for decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience in report writing and conducting reviews.
Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations to programme and project stakeholders.
High integrity and ability to model TI-Kenya's core values.
Good understanding of the health advocacy context in Kenya.
Commitment to TI-Kenya's mission, vision, and objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
