Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, ICT, Social Sciences or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Relevant professional qualification and membership to a relevant professional body.

Valid practicing Certificate.
