Experience & Expertise
Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong foundation in a Big Four accounting firm, providing exposure to complex audits, tax advisory, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations, including statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.
Proven experience in industries with complex supply chains and manufacturing, ideally within automotive, EV, or industrial sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards, with practical application across diverse markets.
Expertise in treasury operations, including cash flow management, foreign exchange risk mitigation, and international transactions.
Familiarity with regional tax frameworks (corporate tax, VAT, customs duty, transfer pricing), with the ability to structure compliant yet commercially efficient solutions.
Skilled in ERP implementation and financial systems harmonization, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring finance professionals and building high-performing teams.
