- Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail, field sales, construction materials, hardware, tiles, sanitaryware, or related industries.
- Experience engaging contractors, developers, or construction site customers is an added advantage.
- A valid motorcycle riding licence is preferred.
- Experienced riders with strong customer service or sales potential may be considered and trained.
- Basic knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, taps, or building materials will be an added advantage.
- Existing warehouse or sales staff interested in transitioning into sales may also be considered.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good planning and route management skills.Ability to use a tablet and navigate a webstore system.Good reporting and record-keeping skills.Professionalism, integrity, and self-discipline.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Well-presented with a positive attitude and safe and responsible motorcycle riding ability.Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Comfortable working in construction site environments.
- Commitment to safe motorcycle operation.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when necessary.
