Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Agribusiness, Development Studies, or a related field.
At least 3 years' relevant experience in youth enterprise development, financial inclusion, value chain development, or livelihoods programming, preferably within Kenya's ASAL counties.
Demonstrated experience working with VSLAs, MFIs, youth groups, and/or challenge fund or grant-making mechanisms.
Sound understanding of youth entrepreneurship, market systems development, and agribusiness value chains (poultry, apiculture, aquaculture, and/or horticulture an advantage).
Strong facilitation, training, and community mobilization skills.
Excellent interpersonal, reporting, and computer skills (MS Office; experience with digital data collection tools an added advantage).
Fluency in English and Kiswahili required; working knowledge of the local Somali dialect strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively and be regularly present in both Garissa and Tana River Counties.
Prior experience working with NGOs or donor-funded development projects is an added advantage.
