What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field. A master's is an added advantage.
2–5 years of relevant experience in MEAL/PMEL, project implementation, data management, or development programmes.
Experience working with relevant government agencies, communities, and youth.
Good knowledge and understanding of the adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights environment and HIV/AIDS in the country.
Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
Strong facilitation skills.
Demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Advanced skills in design, implementation and quality assurance throughout the data collection process and specifically software, such as Kobo Toolbox, ODK, CommCare and others as relevant.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Experience in communicating and coordinating with a variety of partners.
Prepared to frequently travel to the project sites in Kenya.
Candidates must be available for the fulltime role i.e. 40hrs/week; the Officer cannot have another position/job while doing this role.
