Academic Qualifications
Master's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in French will be an added advantage.
Professional Qualifications/ Memberships
Relevant professional qualification as applicable (ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, MCSD, TOGAF).
Member of a relevant professional body.
Experience
Over twelve (12) years' relevant experience with over eight (8) years in management, two (2) of which should be at senior management level in a similar organisation.
In lieu of a Masters, over fifteen (15) years' relevant experience with over ten (10) years in management, five (5) of which should be at senior management level in a similar organisation.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Strong background in AI with a talent for demystifying complex topics, providing personalized guidance, and cultivating collaborative innovation communities. Hands-on experience deploying AI responsibly and effectively across organizations, supporting both cultural adoption and operational impact.
Proven experience in building dynamic capabilities through digital transformation, leveraging Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, analytics, open innovation technologies, and product strategy to enable continuous innovation and adaptability.
Deep knowledge of modern IT systems, network, cloud platforms and cybersecurity best practices.
