What you bring
At least 12 years of cumulative work experience, including at least three years at the grade of Principal Risk and Quality Assurance Officer or in a comparable position.
A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Information and Communication Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or another relevant discipline.
A master's degree in engineering, science, business or social sciences, supported by a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, science, business or social-science field; or a master's degree in Quality Assurance and Safety.
A postgraduate certificate in Geothermal Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A Level II Certificate in Risk and Quality Assurance or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A lead-auditor certificate in Risk and Quality Management Systems from a recognised standards organisation.
Membership in a relevant professional body, where applicable.
A leadership course lasting at least four weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
