Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe or equivalent) preferred.
Change management certification desirable (PROSCI or equivalent).
Required Professional Experience
Minimum of 7+ years' experience, including at least 4 years managing complex IT projects.
Proven ability to lead delivery teams through complex initiatives, maintaining alignment to strategic vision, reinforcing high delivery standards, and ensuring disciplined execution across multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery phases.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex delivery information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven stakeholder engagement capability, building trusted relationships with sponsors, business leaders, delivery teams, and vendors.
Strong understanding of organisational change and adoption practices, with experience enabling successful implementation.
Experience coaching and guiding others in applying project standards and delivery practices.
Ability to lead delivery across the full value chain from intent through adoption readiness.
Broad exposure to enterprise IT landscapes including applications, integration, infrastructure, data, and cloud environments.
Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organisations and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
Strong problem-solving capability with disciplined approaches to planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
Required Language(s)
Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
