Strong record of delivering finance-system migrations or ERP implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Practical understanding of migration from Dynamics NAV.
Experience spanning data cleansing and migration, systems integration, testing and deployment.
Experience working with external implementation partners and internal teams.
Understanding of the finance, budgeting, grants and reporting needs of non-profit organisations.
Experience delivering projects across multiple countries or entities.
Ability to connect finance and technical teams, translating requirements clearly and securing action from colleagues and suppliers without relying on line-management authority.
Organised and analytical, with ability to balance attention to detail with overall delivery priorities.
Ability to manage competing demands against a fixed deadline.
Sound judgement when resolving or escalating issues.
Strong written and spoken English.
Clear reporting skills.
Ability to collaborate across time zones.
Experience helping users adopt new systems through training, change support and operational handover.
Must have the existing right to live and work within a reasonably commutable distance of Nairobi, Kenya.
