Proficiency in Revit and/or other CAD/BIM design software is highly desirable.
Good understanding of technical drawings, layouts, schematics, and design documentation.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and engineering drawings.
Understanding of security and life safety systems and their design principles.
Ability to conduct site surveys and translate site conditions into technical designs.
Ability to develop accurate BOQs and equipment/material schedules.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or related technical field, including: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or other relevant engineering/design disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security systems, life safety systems, engineering design, CAD design, or a similar field.
Relevant experience in the design and documentation of security and/or life safety systems will be an added advantage.
