Demonstrated experience designing and conducting programme evaluations for nonprofit organisations, youth-serving organisations, or international development organisations.
Experience facilitating logic-model or theory-of-change development.
Experience linking logic-model development to wider programme-review processes.
Strong quantitative research and analysis skills.
Experience analysing longitudinal programme data.
Experience developing survey instruments.
Direct experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM/data systems.
Experience using qualitative research methods.
Familiarity with child sponsorship, case management, mentoring, or comparable individualised youth-support models.
Experience in education sponsorship or youth-development programmes in Africa or similar international contexts (strongly preferred).
Experience handling sensitive or vulnerable-population data.
Strong understanding of privacy and data-protection requirements.
