Cumulative service period of three (3) years relevant work experience at the grade of Corporate Officer II or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
