What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Conservation, Natural Resource Management, Wildlife Management, Rangelands Management, Community Development or another related field from a recognised university.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated commitment to wildlife conservation and natural resource management.
Firm understanding of pastoralist customary livestock practices and community-engagement processes.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote areas and cross-cultural environments.
Experience working with stakeholders and communities from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to coordinate, lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong results orientation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Fully proficient computer skills and ability to use relevant software and applications.
