Be a Kenyan citizen.
Have served for a minimum period of three years in the grade of Senior Human Resource Management Officer or in a comparable and relevant position.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Commerce with a Human Resource option or another relevant qualification from a recognized institution. Alternatively, hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, Government or Commerce, together with a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Be registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management.
Demonstrate merit and ability through work performance and results.
