Cumulative service period of at least 12 years' relevant work experience, including 3 years as Principal Internal Auditor or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option), Business Management (Accounting or Finance option), Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Finance and Accounting option), or equivalent.
Passed Part III of the Certified Public Accountants Examination or equivalent.
Registration with ICPAK.
Registration with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or ISACA.
Certification in one of the following: Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA); Certified Fraud Examiner; Internal Audit Quality Assessor.
Leadership course lasting at least 4 weeks.
Proficiency in computer applications.
