Proven experience using AI as a specialist specifically within Project Management (designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows).
Hands-on automation experience, including n8n familiarity and integrations across common business tools (email, calendar, CRM, LinkedIn).
Senior-level project management owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
Experience collaborating with U.S.-based executives and working Eastern Time hours.
Exceptional communication and an assertive, proactive approach.
