Bachelor's degree (completed) in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Policy Studies, International Relations, or a related field, with at least six months of relevant experience gained through internships, coursework, or project-based work.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with visual storytelling and/or design best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within multicultural and diverse teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
Experience, coursework, or training in communications, advocacy, public policy, or related fields.
Commitment to and demonstration of The Nature Conservancy's core values.
This position requires a valid driver's license and compliance with TNC's Auto Safety Program.
Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record.
Desired Qualifications

Recent graduate who is not currently enrolled in school or college.
Experience developing communications products such as factsheets, messaging frameworks, briefs, or media materials.
Demonstrated interest or experience in advocacy, public policy, or strategic communications.

Graphic design and multimedia skills.
