Minimum CPA II / CIFA II; or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance & Banking; or Diploma/CPA/CIFA Final/Degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years and above of experience in an accounting institution, financial institution or SACCO movement, preferably in the Finance/Accounts Department, will be an added advantage.
KCSE Mean Grade C (Plain) with C (Plain) in Mathematics and English.
Age above 24 years.
Ability to multitask with close attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of equity, transparency and confidentiality.
